The family representative has received a summons concerning the date of the Appeals Court on case of Azerbaijani officer Ramil Seferov sentenced to life imprisonment by Budapest Court on April 13, 2006. The court will start on February 22, advocate Ikram Shirinov told APA.
The advocate said that he will visit Hungary on January 15. He will familiarize with the consideration of the case in Hungarian Appeals Court, meet with Ramil Seferov and his Hungarian advocate during the visit till January 20. He will also meet with Hungarian Human Rights Attorney. Ikram Shirinov stated that new arguments have been found out to be able to change court decision. He did not consider it advisable to release the arguments. /APA/
