Found out that YAP executive secretaryâ€™s name was used

According to the article, executive secretary leased the building to the Audit Department of the Taxes Ministry. Spokesman for New Azerbaijan Party Huseyn Pashayev told lent.az that the building does not belong to Ali Ahmadov, the reports are not true.

APA found out very interesting facts during the investigation. The name of YAP executive secretary was indeed mentioned concerning this.

The owners of the building are Zeynalov Nusrat Mammad and a certain Tofig, whose surname we could not learn. The building was indeed leased to the Taxes Ministry. Nusrat Zeynalov signed the lease agreement with Taxes Ministry. But the building and its owners have nothing to do with Ali Ahmadov.

An informed source told APA that investigation was carried out concerning the reports and it was found out that those persons indeed used the name of Ali Ahmadov.
â€œThe building was constructed contrary to the construction and town planning rules. It was built in crossroad of the roads near Ramstore and creates long traffic jams there. The issue of the building removal was raised many times. But its owners Nusrat and Tofig could prevent it using the Ali Ahmadovâ€™s nameâ€.

The source said the reason of Yeni Musavatâ€™s coverage of the issue was also clarified during the investigation: â€œOne of the building owners has close relations with the newspaperâ€™s managers. The issue concerning this building on a intensive traffic road is discussed again. The purpose was to discredit The YAPâ€™s executive secretariat and to prevent removal of the building connecting it with the Ali Ahmadovâ€™s nameâ€.

YAP press service refused to react to the issue.
