Meeting of Competition Commission on recruitment for medium command staff held at Azerbaijanâ€™s Interior Ministry

Baku â€“ APA. The meeting of the Competition Commission on recruitment for medium command staff was held at the Interior Ministry, APA reports.

Interior Minister Ramil Usubov also attended the meeting. Chairman of the Competition Commission, chief of Interior Ministryâ€™s Staff Department Ismet Aliyev gave information about the results of the recruitment. He said in order to extend the measures for transparency of the recruitment, according to the order of the Interior Minister on â€œAnnouncing competition on recruitment for the post of medium command staffâ€ advertisements were placed in media, website of the Interior Ministry, the documents were admitted in November-December last year. The documents of 108 candidates were sent to the State Student Admission Commission for the first stage of the test. 48 candidates passed the second stage.

They successfully passed the second stage, were given the rank of â€œpolice lieutenantâ€ and appointed to various posts in the police offices.

Interior Minister Ramil Usubov congratulated the winners of the competition, wished them success. Minister expressed his confidence that young officers will fulfill their duties with responsibility, serve statehood, oath, be resolute against crimes, do their best to ensure stability in the country.
