Azerbaijan General Prosecutor office issues statement on death in Lankaran Regional Prosecutor Office

APA reports quoting the prosecutorâ€™s website as saying that on February 6, 2011, resident of Hirkan settlement of Lankaran region Hasanova Giztamam Gafar asked the prosecutor office to receive her, husband and son. On February 17, 2011, Giztamam Hasanova, her husband Hasanali Gurbanali Hasanov, 77 and son Salman Hasanov were received by Prosecutor Ramiz Nabiyev. The prosecutor office inspector Ilgar Gasimov also attended the meeting.

When Hasanova submitted their letter of complaint to the prosecutor, her husband fell as a result of heart attack. The prosecutor called emergency medical aid, but doctors couldnâ€™t save Hasanovâ€™s life.

The body was sent to the forensic-medical examination center and as a result of preliminary examination it was identified that Hasanali Hasanov was suffering from the heart disease for long time and was under the ambulatory control of the doctors.

His wife Giztamam Hasanova and son Salman Hasanov also said that Hasanov died as a result of disease and they had no complaints over that.

The fact is under the investigation of the General Prosecutor Office.
