Preliminary conclusion publicized connected with explosion took place in Masalli region Telecommunication Junction

Experts of Emergency Situations Ministry investigated technical features of the 4-stored building and said that construction and fundament of the building fell out, it could cause dissension in future. Nuriyev noted that experts also publicized reasons of explosion. According to them, gas leakage gathered underground caused the blast.
Repair crew of the Ministry of Communication and Information Technologies are carrying out destruction works. It has been decided to finish destruction works within a week. Project budget related to the construction of a new building is being prepared.

Note that, chief of Masalli region Telecommunication Junction has been dismissed. Plenipotentiary of â€œAztelekomâ€ Industrial Union Azer Aliyev told journalists that measures in direction of reconstruction of electron ATS broke down during the explosion were being continued, telephone communication of villages would be restored in the next few days.

Remind that, strong explosion took place on February 7 at about 14.40 in Masalli region Telecommunication Junction. As a result of the blast walls of one part of 4-stored building fell to pieces. 2 died, 4 were injured during the incident. Criminal case has been launched on the fact.
