Two persons scuffled in front of the university. Baku city resident Ilkin Suleymanov, 30, received serious wounds. Though he was taken to hospital, it was impossible to save his life.
As a result of operations carried out by Binagadi Police Office, the incident has been solved. It was determined that the offender was Rasul Rasulov. According to initial information, Suleymanov committed theft in the market owned by Rasulov. They met in front of the university for a showdown. They scuffled and Rasulov beat him to death. Consequently, Suleymanov died at the hospital.
It is reported that the offender Rasulov is sportsman.
Criminal case has been launched on the fact, investigation is underway.
