The ministry told that the killed person is a woman.

1 man is supposed to be under the rubbles. The employees of the Emergency Ministry are searching this person.

The Ministry also said that 3 injured persons were brought to the Masally Region Central Hospital with the ambulance. The workers of Masally region Telecommunication Junction are Mammadov Zahir Hajimammadoglu, 25, Mammadov Natig Malik, 47, and Guliyev Ibadet Abusat , 55.

The witnesses told APAâ€™s south bureau that the blast took place on the 2nd floor of the Junction Building. The building was put in commission in 1983.

The killed man, resident of Sharafa village, Shahverdiyeva Kishvar Valish, 47, was the employee of Masally region Telecommunication Junction. The rescued and hospitalized, resident of Arkivan settlement Guliyev Ibadet Abusat, 55, was the employee of the ATS.

There is no information on the reasons of the incident.
