Baku. Shahriyar Alizadeh – APA. On Saturday, Grave Crimes Court began a trial of Ilgar Mammadov, Ramin Musayev and Rashad Ismayilov, who intended to fight against the US forces in Pakistan and Afghanistan within the radical religious group. According to APA the public prosecutor declared indictment against them. The process will be continued on November 22.
According to the indictment, the defendants are accused in the intention to fight against the US forces in Pakistan and Afghanistan. They were detained by the officers of the Ministry of National Security.
They face with charges under article 279 (forming illegal armed group) of the Criminal Code of Azerbaijan.
