Baku – APA. A car bomb ripped through a police building in Pakistan’s largest city of Karachi, killing at least 15 people late Thursday and wounding around 100 others, a government official said, APA reports quoting AFP.
"Fifteen people have been killed and around 100 were injured," said Sharmilla Farooqi, a spokeswoman for the government in the southern province of Sindh, of which Karachi is the capital.
"There are five policemen among the dead," she said.
"We have reports that there may be some women police among the casualties because there was a women’s police station inside the building."
