The incident was recorded in 17th microdistrict of the City. City resident Elshad Rustamzadeh killed his father, wife, 2 children and then committed suicide by throwing himself from the roof of a building.
Currently, investigation group created by officers of Sumgayit city Prosecutor’s Office and Police Office is investigating the site of the incident. Sumgayit city Prosecutor’s Office has launched a criminal case on the fact, investigations are underway.
