Novruz Mammadov: â€œIt would contradict the political and diplomatic logic, if Azerbaijan expressed its position on Syrian crisis in advanceâ€

It would be better for us to express our position after the position is determined,” said deputy head of the Azerbaijani Presidential Administration and chief of Foreign Relations Department Novruz Mammadov at the query part of the “South Caucasus in a changing world” forum organized by the Center for Strategic Studies under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, APA reports.

According to PA official, it would contradict the political and diplomatic logic, if Azerbaijan expressed its position on Syrian crisis in advance: “But, you should have asked this question taking into account the foreign policy of Azerbaijan up to now, its activity in this sphere and Azerbaijan’s two-year policy at the UN Security Council.”
