I think this puts the emphasis on need to really move forward with the solution of the conflict”, said the Head of the European Union Delegation in Azerbaijan Malena Mard while commenting on situation on frontline.
“I know the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs are working both with Azerbaijan and Armenia to hopefully move forward to the peaceful solution of the conflict. Because every victim is a victim to much”, she said.
