Commenting on the participation of Nagorno-Karabakh’s separatist regime in the international tourism fair, held in Rimini, Italy, the Embassy said that it must be clear that the Fair in Rimini is a privately organized event, whose organizers entered into a commercial contract with an Armenian exhibitor, who has in turn allowed a co-exhibitor (so called Nagorno-Karabakh), to join the stand: “As soon as the news came to the knowledge of the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, appropriate steps have been taken with the direction of the Fair in Rimini, in order remove any reference to the above mentioned non-recognized entity.”
