Guba. Vali Turan – APA. As part of their visit to Azerbaijan, the Hungarian delegation has today paid a visit to the Guba Genocide Memorial Complex.
The visitors were informed about the mass killings committed by Armenians against Azerbaijanis as well as other peoples living in the northern region, APA’s northern bureau reports.
Chairman of the Hungarian Turan Foundation Andras Biro regarded this genocide as a crime committed against humanity. He said he will inform the Hungarian community about this genocide.
In her turn, member of the Azerbaijani Parliament Ganira Pashayeva said that the visitors got the chance of seeing the tragedy of genocide committed by Armenians with their own eyes, by paying a visit to the Guba Genocide Memorial Complex. The deputy said the guests’ visit to the front line will also be arranged.
