Baku. Victoria Dementieva – APA. Draft resolutions “The situation in the occupied territories of Azerbaijan” and “Protracted conflicts in the GUAM area and their implications for international peace, security and development” have been included in the provisional agenda of the sixty-eighth regular session of the UN General Assembly.
APA reports quoting the UN press service that draft resolutions were included in the agenda under articles #34 and 38, because they have not been submitted for discussion at the sixty-eighth session.
Totally, 171 articles have been included in the agenda of the sixty-eighth regular session. These articles cover peace and security, the occupation of Africa, human rights, disarmament, drug control, crime prevention, fight against international terrorism and other issues.
The official opening of the sixty-eighth regular session was held in New York City on September 12.
