Pincher noted that Azerbaijan is a young state and built its statehood over the difficulties of Armenia-Azerbaijan conflict. According to him, Azerbaijan conflicted with Armenia and Russia: “This inevitably caused difficulties in the formation of democracy in Azerbaijan. The UK is considered cradle of democracy. Therefore, we think that human right protection organizations should be supported in the countries taking step toward democracy”.
