“We have come here today to look at the work of ASAN service. And I have to say we are really impressed by this concept. The idea of bringing civil services closer to the community, the idea of driving down the petty corruption and increasing efficiency, people’s getting the services more quickly is really very impressive. I have been in Azerbaijan every year over the last 5-6 years. When I come here I see a change. I see new roads, buildings. The city is growing and developing every year. Azerbaijan has developed over the last 10 years,” he said.
