Asked about the date of the next Caspian summit, Khalaf Khalafov said that the next summit of heads of state will be held in Russia: “But the date has not been fixed yet.
The Russian side considers that in order to hold the summit, it needs to do serious work and reach certain agreement. Following this, the date of the summit can be determined.”
