Ulyukayev noted that this issue has been discussed with the Azerbaijani Minister of Economy and Industry Shahin Mustafayev.

Russia already has such funds with Qatar, Kuwait, South Korea, China and other countries.
Minister of Economy and Industry shahin Mustafayev said that Azerbaijan does not consider entering any union, including EU or Eurasian Economic Union.
Mustafayev noted that Azerbaijan has not any problem in trade regime with Russia: “This is convenient and normal regime for Azerbaijan”.
