Chairman of United Azerbaijan Popular Front Party sends letter of gratitude to Deniz Baykal

Chairman of United Azerbaijan Popular Front Party, MP Gudrat Hasanguliyev sent a letter of gratitude to member of Turkish parliament, chairman of Republican Peopleâ€™s Party Deniz Baykal, the party told APA. The letter appreciated Deniz Baykalâ€™s resolute position on Turkish President Abdullah Gulâ€™s planned visit to Armenia at the invitation of Serzh Sarkisian.
â€œI appreciate your resolute position on President Abdullah Gulâ€™s planned visit to Armenia, which occupied Azerbaijani territories, at the invitation of Serzh Sarkisian and take pride in your attitude towards Azerbaijani Turks,â€ he said.

The appeal says: â€œWe have witnessed several times that warm embraces to Armenia, which carried out ethnic cleansing policy against its close neighbors, committed massacres to civilians, had no prospects. It is impossible to change with these methods the aggressive attitude of Armenia, which formed its existence on Turkish enmity, misappropriated our lands with support of great empire and became the symbol of aggression and terrorism in the region, towards Azerbaijan and Turkey. Unfortunately, a number of Turkish leading politicians do not want to see this reality, or damage our common interests. In this respect, Serzh Sarkisianâ€™s invitation serving to cause divergence in Azerbaijan-Turkey relations clarified a number of points.â€

The letter underlines that Turkic people will once more demonstrate their power to put an end to all the games against the Turkish and Azerbaijani Turks.
