European Commission adopts first part of Action Plan for 2012 within Eastern Partnership program

Baku. Anakhanum Hidayatova-APA. European Commission adopted the first part of Action Plan for 2012 within Eastern Partnership program. APA reports that the adopted decisions first of all refer to improvement of transport communication system and environment protection. The financial support for Eastern Partnership program is realized through the money asserts of the main program’s financial apparatus ENPI.
€22 millions were allocated for the realization of the first part of the plan. USD 9 millions will be used for prolongation of executive term of Forest Protection Program, USD 10 million for improvement of the regional economical system, USD 3 millions for development of transport sphere within TRACECA program.

Azerbaijan, Armenia, Georgia, Belarus, Moldova and Ukraine are the members of Eastern Partnership program.
