Baku. Victoria Dementieva – APA. The swearing-in ceremony of newly-appointed ambassador of the US to Azerbaijan Richard Morningstar will be held today. APA reports that the ceremony will be held at 22.00 by Baku time (13.00 by local time) at the Department of State. The ceremony will be closed for press. Following the ceremony, Morningstar will meet with Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.
The new ambassador will arrive in Azerbaijan in coming weeks.
