According to him, Azerbaijan’s consul in Tabriz held several meetings with Iranian side, including governor of Eastern Azerbaijan province on July 15-17. The permission was achieved during the meeting for meeting of Azerbaijani poets with their relatives.
“The details of the meeting are being coordinated. The essential is that we could get permission for meeting of our citizens with their relatives. We continue spotlighting this issue. Iran has not officially announced yet the reasons of detainment of our citizensâ€.
