Monaco hosts 21st annual session of OSCE Parliamentary Assembly entitled "The OSCE: Region of Change."

Baku. Victoria Dementeva-APA. Monaco hosts the 21st annual session of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly entitled "The OSCE: Region of Change." APA reports that the main theme of the session is "The OSCE: Region of Change." The parliamentarians of the OSCE member states will hear the reports and adopt resolutions on political issues and security, economy and environment and committees on human rights. President of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly, Petros Efthymiou, Minister of State of Monaco Michel Roger and OSCE Chairperson-in-Office and Ireland’s Deputy Prime Minister Eamon Gilmore participated in the opening ceremony of the session.

Unresolved conflicts in the OSCE area, including the Nagorno Karabakh conflict will be reflected in the report of Lithuanian deputy Vilja Abramikiene, which he will submit to the Committee on Political Affairs.

Monaco declaration will be adopted at the end of the session and the new president of OSCE PA will be also elected.

270 politicians from more than 50 states participate in the session. The Azerbaijani delegation led by Bakhar Muradova also participated in the session.
