Ibrahim underlined that Azerbaijan closely cooperated with NATO within the Individual Partnership Action Plan (IPAP): “Defense sphere, public diplomacy, civil diplomacy, border security and the other issues were reflected in the third stage of IPAP.â€
Khazar Ibrahim noted that the implementation of IPAP is in interest of Azerbaijan. “It was directed to strengthen the statehood of Azerbaijan. We work with NATO that to improve our political and military ability.â€
