Baku-APA. Ilham Aliyev, the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan signed an order on granting Shamil Alasgarov with Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary ambassador rank, APA reports.
Parviz Ismayilzade was granted with 1st degree Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary ambassador diplomatic rank. He was appointed Council General of Azerbaijan to Dubai city of UAE.
The president signed an order on creation of General Consulate of Azerbaijan in Odessa of Ukraine.
According to an order, the Cabinet of Ministers is charged to solve material-technical supply for the functioning of the General Consulate.
The Foreign Ministry of Azerbaijan will confirm organizational chart and work schedule.
