Elnur Aslanov: â€œThe agreement on TANAP project is an obvious example of Turkey-Azerbaijan fraternal relationsâ€

It is an obvious example of Turkey-Azerbaijan fraternal relations. From the other side, it shows that no project can be implemented without Azerbaijan in the region. This project underlines once again Azerbaijanâ€™s energy significance, as well as includes in agenda the countryâ€™s significance for both the region and Europe, head of the political analysis and information department of the Presidential Administration of Azerbaijan Elnur Aslanov told journalists, APA reports.

According to him, Azerbaijanâ€™s successful energy policy in recent years shows that our country participates as an important and active actor in the ensuring energy security of Europe. Aslanov responded to the question about Azerbaijanâ€™s participation in Nabucco project: â€œWe donâ€™t want to pass any decision in advance. We have repeatedly announced that Nabucco doesnâ€™t depend only on Azerbaijan. This project is implemented between Azerbaijan and Turkey. Of course, both strategic importance and future of this project are completely differentâ€.
