According to the Turkish president’s website, Gül first met with the Albanian Prime Minister Sali Berisha. Then he met with President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev. The meeting is held at Lutfi Kirdar International Congress Center in Istanbul, where the summit takes place. The issues of bilateral cooperation are on agenda in the meeting held behind the closed doors. Abdullah Gül will also meet with the Serbian President Tomislav Nikolic and Georgian President Mikheil Saakashvili and receive the delegations arrived in Istanbul to attend the BSEC jubilee summit, which will start at 18.00 by Baku time.
