According to the OSCE Chairman-in-Office, Azerbaijan is still only country in South Caucasus, which hasn’t adopted the above-mentioned law: “That’s why I consider that, the adoption of this law is necessary in Azerbaijan and its realization must be accelerated.â€
Muradova said that the work is being carried out in Azerbaijan on adoption of this law: “We have enough political will to adopt this law. But 25 member countries of the Council of Europe have not adopted this law yet. It is of interest why don’t they carry out work on it?â€
