Speaking at the event, the Russian Ambassador to Azerbaijan Vladimir Dorokhin praised the level of development of bilateral relations between Azerbaijan and Russia, noting that they are based on an active dialogue between the heads of the two countries.
Speaking about the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, the ambassador said that the settlement of the conflict in Russia, as co-chair of OSCE Minsk Group remains a top priority.
Azerbaijani Justice Minister Fikret Mammadov conveyed greetings from the President of Azerbaijan at the reception and noted the high level of relations between the two countries, expressing the hope that cooperation will boost in the future.
