Baku – APA. President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev sent a congratulatory letter to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, APA reports. The letter says:
“On my behalf and on behalf of the Azerbaijani people I offer the most cordial congratulations to You and all your people on the national holiday of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland – You Birthday and Diamond Jubilee of Your Accession to Throne.â€
President Aliyev said Azerbaijan-UK relations were developing dynamically and comprehensively and high-level relations have an important impact on successful development of cooperation. He expressed confidence that the political, economic and cultural relations between the countries will further develop and serve the interests of our people.
