The Venice Commission told APA that the steps which will be taken after Opinion to the draft law to regulate the activity of NGOs in Azerbaijan will be discussed at the session. The session participants will also discuss the way of fulfillment of recommendations given by the Venice Commission on this issue.
The opinion was handed down to the draft law regulating the activity of NGOs in Azerbaijan at the Venice Commission’s 88th plenary session held on October 14-15 last year. The opinion covered several recommendations, including facilitation of activity of NGOs.
The opinion on the law on political parties of the Russian Federation, several draft laws on Bosnia and Herzegovina, Hungary and Montenegro will be discussed at the 91st session of the Venice Commission.
