Russian President Dmitry Medvedev and Prime Minister Vladimir Putin congratulate Azerbaijani President on his birthday

Press service of the President told APA that Medvedev congratulated Aliyev on his 50th anniversary and wished him successes in his presidential activity.

President Aliyev thanked Medvedev for his congratulation and attention. During the telephone conversation, the heads of states underlined the successful development of bilateral relations between our countries in various spheres, noted the importance of high level mutual visits and meetings from the point of view of development of our cooperation and expressed confidence in further extension of our relations.

Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin telephoned Azerbaijani president Ilham Aliyev. Putin congratulated Aliyev on his 50th anniversary, wished him successes in his activity as well as strong health. Aliyev thanked Putin for his congratulation and attention. They expressed confidence in further extension of our bilateral relations.
