This is so absurd that French politicians have to refuse to continue this processâ€, - he said.

Member of Parliament Ganira Pashayeva told APA that during the genocide of the Jews in Europe, Turkey sheltered Jews in their land: â€œThe decision of French parliamentarians was protested, as in Azerbaijan, in all Turkic world. This solution has a negative effect on the activity of France as co-chair of OSCE Minsk Groupâ€.

According to her, now no one in Azerbaijan will believe Franceâ€™s fair approach to settlement of the Karabakh conflict. France has demonstrated that it is not an impartial mediator.

Ganira Pashayeva believes that approval of the law in the Senate of France would have a negative influence in the Azerbaijani-French relations and the role of France in the OSCE. "The decision of French parliamentarians contradicts principles of human rights and freedom of speech. France will take full responsibility for problems that would entail the adoption of this billâ€, - said.
