The young protesters spread leaflets issued by the French-Turkish Association Coordination Committee. Police cordoned all roads headed to the National Assembly’s building.
The French parliament holds debates on a bill that would make it a crime to deny the so-called “Armenian genocideâ€. France recognized the fictitious “Armenian genocide†in 2001.
