Baku – APA. Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev sent a letter of condolences to Russian President Dmitry Medvedev, APA reports. The letter says: “I was deeply saddened to receive the news of numerous casualties as a result of the “Kolskaya†oil drilling rig accident.
Please accept my condolences to You and the families and friends of the victims, and my heartfelt sympathy to those injuredâ€.
“Kolskaya†oil drilling rig capsized on December 18 in the Sea of Okhotsk. Only 14 people of 67 were rescued.
14 bodies were found. Others are still missing.
