During the summit, CIS Heads of State must declare their loyalty to cooperation, increase of practical effectiveness of Commonwealth’s activity in direction of mutual cooperation and understanding, improvement of people’s living conditions and social welfare, extension of mutual relations.
Within the summit, the presidents will determine the major cooperation direction of Commonwealth states in 2012. this year, the main target is related to food security. But next year, the special attention will be pad to development of communications and information sphere.
Moreover, participants will discuss the issue on increasing the role of CIS observation mission in presidential and parliamentary elections, they will determine culture capitals for 2012.
Russian president’s aide Sergei Prikhodko said that all presidents of CIS-member states were expected to attend the summit.
