Farhad Badalbeyli said Armenian Armed Forces must leave the occupied territories.
“How must we return and live there? There are problems of security and restoration of houses, because we will go there without arms. Therefore, we must discuss these problems. We must have a strategic plan. We must be ready,†he said.
