Baku-APA. Hungarian post-office issued postage memorial stamps dedicated to the 20th anniversary of state independence of Azerbaijan. On the postage stamp, state symbols-coat of arms, flag as well as national ornaments were featured, Azerbaijan Embassy told APA.
“The 20th anniversary of restoration of independence of Republic of Azerbaijan†is written on the stamp in Hungarian.
On the postage coupons, outstanding historical monuments of Budapest were used on the background of Azerbaijani flag and National Emblem. Memorial postage stamps and coupons are included in Hungarian post catalogue as well. They are considered to spread among philatelists.
Postage stamps and coupons were issued on the initiative of Azerbaijani Embassy to Hungary.
