Speeches of heads of delegations at the 18th meeting of OSCE Foreign Ministerial Council finished

Vilnius. Victoria Dementieva – APA. The speeches of the heads of delegations at the 18th meeting of the OSCE Foreign Ministerial Council held in Vilnius have been finished. APA’s correspondent reports form Vilnius that 56 delegations heads delivered a speech within the 3 plenary sessions, besides, the representatives of the OSCE Partners – Mongolia, Afghanistan, Japan, Israel, Korea and other countries delivered a speech at the meeting.

In their speeches, they spoke discussed development of cooperation within OSCE, settlement of protracted conflicts, combating the drug trafficking, cooperation within ensuring the security in Afghanistan and other issues.

Most of the ministers, including Azerbaijani FM Elmar Mammadyarov supported the initiative for the joint Switzerland and Serbia OSCE chairmanship of 2014 and 2015.

The discussions have started for the purpose of coordinating the text of final document of the 18th meeting of the OSCE Foreign Ministerial Council.
