APA’s special correspondent reports from Vilnius that prior to the signing ceremony the ministers held a bilateral meeting.
Elmar Mammadyarov and Audronius Ažubalis discussed a number of issues on bilateral relations, exchanged views on the 18th Meeting of the OSCE Ministerial Council in Vilnius.
Following the signing ceremony, Elmar Mammadyarov told journalists that the agreement envisages abolition of the visa requirements for the persons having diplomatic passports of Azerbaijan and Lithuania.
“We are ready to sign an agreement concerning the persons having service passports,†he said.
