APA reports quoting Cihan news agency that Elmar Mammadyarov said it is very important to ensure peace, stability and economic development in Afghanistan, Azerbaijan is ready to review the opportunities to invest in Afghanistan.
“Azerbaijan supports all cooperation efforts of the international community concerning Afghanistan. This support is not restricted to the support for NATO forces in Afghanistan. 35 percent of the non-military goods to Afghanistan are sent through Azerbaijan,†he said.
Elmar Mammadyarov said Afghan specialists attend training on mine-clearance in Baku and underlined that Afghans can be offered opportunities to study at diplomatic and police academies of Azerbaijan.
