This is first visit of the speaker of Azerbaijani Parliament to Hungary. The delegation will visit Hungarian National Assembly and learn its activity. Ogtay Asadov will meet with the leader of the Hungary-Azerbaijan inter-parliamentary friendship group to discuss the current state and prospects of the development of inter-parliamentary relations. Asadov will also meet with the President of Hungary, Prime Minister and State Secretary for the Ministry of Economy.
The delegation will also visit Azerbaijani Embassy in Hungary and learn the state of Azerbaijani Diaspora there.
Tevekkuloglu said there were good relations between the parliaments of the two countries and the relations would be developed further.
Members of the Azerbaijani Parliament Rabiyyat Aslanova, Khanhuseyn Kazimli, Javanshir Feyziyev, chief of the Parliament’s administration Safa Mirzayev are in the delegation to visit Hungary.
