APA reports that Kirac said he visited Baku with large delegation from Izmir city and was impressed by reconstruction and renovation work carried out in Baku. He noted that Baku was turning into one of the most beautiful cities of the world.
Kirac underlined that the event held in Izmir with the participation of Azerbaijani President has a great significance for his country, as well as Izmir city.
The Head of State said that Baku and Izmir were twinned cities. He noted the existence of good opportunities for further developing of these relations. President expressed hope in further development of these relations after the Izmir Governor’s visit to Baku.
