The letter reads:
â€œThe loss of human lives as a result of the terrorist attacks in the south-east of your country saddened us deeply.

We condemn the terrorism that has become a terrible disaster for the mankind, strongly support the joint struggle against it. This attack once more confirms the necessity of struggling against terrorism.

I share your grief, on my behalf and on behalf of the Azerbaijani people offer condolences to You, the families and relatives of the dead, the Turkish people, wish recovery to the injured and wounded.â€

34 people were killed, 20 wounded as PKK terrorists attacked on October 18-19.
