Turkic-speaking countries to discuss economic cooperation

“We decided to establish the Turkic Business Council. Special working groups representing the private sector, public institutions and secretariat of the Cooperation Council of the Turkic-speaking countries will be established there. The compositions of the groups will be announced on January 1, 2012. The working groups will prepare proposals for the meeting of ministers of economy to be held next spring”.

First summit of the Cooperation Council of Turkic-speaking countries will be held in Almaty on October 20-21. Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev was also invited to the summit. Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Turkey and Kyrgyzstan are in the Council.
