Baku-host International Humanitarian Forum to adopt Final Declaration - <font color=red>PHOTOSESSION</font>

According to APA, President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev addressed the forum. Head of the Russian Presidential Administration Sergei Narishkin read the congratulatory letter of Russian President Dmitry Medvedev.

Then former Turkish president Suleyman Demirel and president of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe Mevlut Chavusoglu addressed the event. The speakers underlined the importance of the event and dialogue platform as well.

The forum holds the second plenary meeting currently. Nobel Prize winners, former presidents of Romania, Estonia, Bulgaria and Slovenia also attend the forum. Rector of the Moscow State University Victor Sadovnichy delivered speech at the plenary meeting. He spoke about the cooperation between the Baku and Moscow state universities and said the main nuance of the relations was the opening of Moscow State Universityâ€™s branch in Baku.

Former Romanian president Emil Constantinescu called the countries to develop cooperation in the spheres of education and culture. He noted that the people need in dialogue to establish peace and welfare and to eliminate the conflicts. â€œSuch dialogue can bring stability and welfare to the region and the worldâ€.

The forum will continue its work tomorrow with plenary meetings in seven sections.

A Final Declaration will be adopted at the forum.
