Azerbaijan signs BSEC Declaration on mutual activity in emergency situations

APA reports that the BSEC member countries signed a Declaration on mutual activity in the emergency situations. According to the document, BSEC member countries will act jointly in the sphere of warning during the natural and technogenic emergency situations. The sides intend to develop the new database and quick response system. According to the Declaration, a subcommittee will be established for the purpose of assessment of seismic risks and large scale emergency situations.

The Declaration was signed by 11 countries â€“ Azerbaijan, Germany, Armenia, Bulgaria, Greece, Moldova, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Turkey and Ukraine. Georgian representatives didnâ€™t participate in the meeting.
