Head of the EU Delegation to Azerbaijan highly estimates EU-Azerbaijan negotiations held in Baku

The ambassador said that the point of the negotiations is to closer EU and Azerbaijan.

Roland Kobia noted that negotiations between the EU and Azerbaijan covers a number of issues, including politics, trade, energy and culture. Issues on the agenda of the negotiations make sides more close.

At the negotiations, the Azerbaijani delegation led by Deputy Foreign Minister Mahmud Mammadguliyev and EU delegation headed by EU South Caucasus Department Director John Kjaer.

Recall that the negotiations on an association agreement between Azerbaijan and the EU launched in September 2010.
