The head of state said the bilateral agenda of the meeting was very broad, a number of issues were discussed.
“We are continuing legal and political reforms. Azerbaijan’s economy is growing rapidly,†said the head of state and underlined the importance of solving Nagorno Karabakh conflict within the framework of Azerbaijan’s territorial integrity recognized on the international level. President Ilham Aliyev noted that refugees and internally displaced persons must return home in the short run. President Ilham Aliyev said Azerbaijan is a reliable partner of the European Union and added that energy policy was discussed during the meeting.
